Important Update: SHL Operations in Mainland China
Following a strategic review of our business, SHL has made the decision to exit its operations in Mainland China. This transition will take place in phases and is expected to be complete by 31 December 2026.
What this means for customers
We are committed to supporting all customers through a structured and orderly transition.
Customers with existing services and contracts will continue to be supported. Where changes are required, we will work with you directly to ensure minimal disruption.
Our teams across Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Indonesia, and globally will continue to support customers outside Mainland China.
For customers using services hosted on our China-based infrastructure, we are implementing alternative solutions for any talent programmes that will run outside of Mainland China.
We understand this may raise questions, and we are committed to handling this transition with transparency, care, and professionalism. Our account managers will directly communicate with all impacted customers very shortly.
